It goes on and on
Good news again came to us, shared by the Chairman of the referee committee of WMF.
The Referee committee in the last two days had the 1st WMF online Referee seminar for European referees with guest referees from the US and Canada because they have started their national championship and they wanted to get educated as much as possible. With this Seminar, we achieved the “first half”, because last weekend we had the Seminar for African referees as well. Today and tomorrow Seminar is reserved for Asia and Australia referees, so this cycle will be over when we finish PAMF Seminar 14-15 April.
Regarding seminars, Mr. Nemanja Ljumovic, Chairman of referee committee, said: ”I am very happy to see the number of the referees who took the part in the Seminar and of course on professional behavior and careful listening. We must also give thanks to the national federation, who makes a big effort to include their referees and I am pretty sure that we will all have benefit from this event. This is great progress despite this hard time for minifootball world and referees. Big thanks to the WMF team, at the first place my colleagues from the Referee committee who helped that everything was prepared in the right way to be as much as possible clear and understandable to the referees.”
As this was only the “first half”, we are waiting to see what will happen in the finish.
As it was planned according to the decision brought previously on the two events due to have happened in 2020, WMF Executive Committee reaffirmed the decision to go ahead in 2021.
After 16 years, CAMF President Filip Juda resigned as President of the Czech Minifootball Association.
The Japan Minifootball Federation will start an eight-a-side football coach qualification program in April.
